Before you submit

Review the target journal's Aims & Scope and Author Guidelines. Prepare an identified manuscript, an anonymized version for peer review, a cover letter, and any supplementary files.

The submission process

Our guided 14-step submission wizard walks you through journal and section selection, title and abstract, keywords, authorship, ORCID and affiliations, file uploads, and ethical declarations before final submission.

1. Create an account and verify your email.
2. Start a new submission and select the journal and section.
3. Enter metadata, add co-authors, and upload your files.
4. Confirm the ethical declarations and submit.

After submission

Track your manuscript's status in real time, respond to editorial decisions, upload revised versions with a response letter, approve proofs, and access your published article and its metrics.
